Neotokyo is a half life 2 mod that is kinda popular it got this weird server side sv_pure (it's a mod so it's not real sv_pure I think) and i cannot beat it if anyone has the game and is knowledgable for hacks i just need mathack thats all tyvm

the official release doesn't work for me at all but it was possible in a leaked version so just try more looks like I can't help you with that atm (I didn't solve it with materials fyi)
