I saw all the hanging ball sacks too. Then I read the comments... they owner says they only spay their females, and their dogs don't breed with each other. None the less, they are obviously well taken care of and happy, and hopefully they are responsible with their reproduction.

Well, that's sort of a debate that many people have over the aquatic hobby in general. Seeing how an octopus can't snuggle in your lap and nuzzle you when you're sad, I highly doubt the same bond could be had. However, there is no doubt to me that some people can form strong bonds to a pet octopus. Anything that displays a higher amount of intelligence is easy to see as more human and lovable. There are many aquatic animals out...

Snakes - Page 2 - Lurking Glass

I like snake in the singular. When there is one snake, I find them pretty. More than one snake in an area, though, disgusts and terrifies me.

Has your vet suggested anything? Mine all have steel stomachs, I can feed them whatever and they handle it fine so I don't have much experience with this.

Funky. We had underfloor heating in one of the rooms of the dogs kennel. For the outer room, we used to pick up old blankets from charity shops, they could be washed, used and chucked. Not so great for wet weather though, but the dogs would generally stay in the kennel or in the house when it was cold and wet. I'll have to try and find out what mother uses in Scotland for the dogs.

Bissell Cleanview II It is awesome. I think it was around $75 at Target, and I remember comparing it to the one that was linked and couldn't really figure out much of a difference for the price difference. It's also really easy to clean, we've had it for over a year and have had no issues with it. Heck, it made our dingy, old carpet in Tucson look nice.
