We'd need a bit more information, Derek, about exactly what procedure you're following that Lulu won't let you add this info. What are you doing, and where do you get stuck?

Thanks for the reply, Derek I think Lulu must have a downer on me because I can't get the code to work for any amount under £10. I put one copy of the book in my cart at a cost of £6.11 and I get this message...Your subtotal does not meet the requirements for the promotion code...but if I double up, I get the discount. regards Fabian

Hiya, Hillary Just to say thanks for sorting out the problem I had with my remaining ISBNs. Got them by email today. I don't know if the ISBN problem is connected but now I find that, regardless of what Access Level I use with Oil Street, I'm not given the option to buy a distribution package... I'll try again tomorrow before I email anybody at support...unless you have an idea? Thanks again for being so helpful. Mal

Please can someone at lulu help me, my order has been stuck on fulfilling for way too long i only ordered calendars which should take up to 5 days to print but i've been waiting over 10 days for them to ship, i can't get any email response, the one time i did get a reply the reply just told me about royalties and sent me this link http://www.lulu.com/en/help/when_royalties its got nothing to do with my question..... please can...

After happily composing my book, and downloading all my files, i went to re-open my cover wizard...and.....zilch! I've restarted a project, logged out and logged back in, e-mailed support, and still nothing opens.....any ideas folks?

I ordered 25 copies of my colour book on 17 November. It's still listed as Fulfilling. I did raise a ticket and got a reply almost at once from "David V" saying he would look ilnto it and would come back to me shortly, but nothing has happened after 2 days so I've emailed him. Perhaps there is some problem with the colour printer.

I can certainly understand your frustration, and we are working to solve the underlying issues that are causing such high prices. Unfortunately, dust-jacket hardcover books are currently only printed in the US, which is why the shipping is so high. We are working with our European printer to be able to print them as well, but it will likely be early next year before that happens. In ...

I have these sort of problems all the time. It could just be a temporary thing so it might be worth trying again.
Also,there's a new and old wizard template for cover design. Try pushing the button for the old wizard, it worked for me.
