disconnect netgear from belkin. reset the netgear modem for 5sec. connect netgear to computer. login to netgear and go to "ADSL setting", set "Protocol" to "RFC2684 bridging". save setting. connect netgear to belkin. set the account info in the belkin. test internet connection.

it is possible if your hub is not a switched network....and you can use wireshark..... otherwise you have to install bandwidth monitor software on each computer that you wish to spy on..... or you can get a WRT54GL wifi router and flash it with 3rd party firmware...

make sure file and printer sharing is enabled on both pc....after doing this reconnection both pc... open windows explorer and type this in the url bar //computernamethatyouwishtoaccess post the error result.....
