Changing Oil With Accusump

I thought it would be something like that. There is no worries about the Accusump depressurizing? Also, the Accusump holds a few extra quarts of oil (3.7 I think) so do you just keep filling it up until you have refreshed the oil by volume or you go by the pressure on the Accusump? I would assume they would work in tandem but I want to avoid any problems beforehand.

Right well a little midweek update. My new billet alloy, stiffer upper engine mount arrived today along with the new silicone exhaust mounts: I decided to try this instead of my stock hydrolastic engine mount I've already reconditioned. I've always got the option of swapping back to this one if I feel it's too harsh, but I figured it's worth a go. The good news is that because I'm talking about engine mounts, it...

YEah, A048s, I usually run in the intermediate type HPDEs, so Ill go flat out whenever I can, but probably brake alittle early into the turns. My exige is pretty much stock in the drivetrain.

Here is a new 3.0" pulley for the Exige S, S220, S240, etc. Our pulley includes a tool to allow for simple installation and removal of the pulley nut: it allows you to hold the pulley stationary while torquing the nut to spec. High quality aircraft grade aluminum is CNC machined here in the USA, and hard coat anodized for superior wear and corrosion resistance. The pulleys are at the anodizer, will be shipping in a couple of weeks....

Looks more like an Exige with a clam off and some wide ass wheels that will probably rub a stock clam. Did it say there was damage? Actually it looks like they modified it for quick removal. You can see the pins on the rear supports where the clam bolts normally go.

im hopefully doing the opposite. 400+whp evo to an exige. you gotta admit though, the evo is a whole lot of car. and compared to a lotus, its very practical. this is all based on if you have a evo 8 or 9. the X might as well be a bmw

Exige 260 Hatch Weight - 10 new posts

Exige 260 Hatch Weight I don't know if I am crazy but I just got my 260 (yes!) and noticed that the rear hatch is quite heavy. My 2006 NA hatch was a feather and I would have thought that with the carbon fiber it would be lighter. Is there something in it intentionally to make it heavy? Is this the same for the 240?...

Changing Oil With Accusump Is there a procedure for changing the oil with an installed Accusump? I read the manual and the procedure for checking the oil was fairly complicated so I would assume the oil change would require some instructions. Any advice? __________________ 2009 Exige S 260;...
