Do these brackets come with hardware to mount scoops with? edit; ie the 3 bolts, or whatever solution is used with this set-up.

I know a lot of people are interested in the Forcedfed wing (myself included), but are unable to get them anymore. I was able to have the brackets recreated and locate the carbon fiber wing manufacturer. The pictures below roughly show what it looks like (I haven't bolted it on yet).
