On and off for 5 years, due to various injuries. 5 miles is my best distance, I can't really advance on that because it sets my bad back off. Keeps my weight steady (as long as I don't eat up all the calories burnt
off running!!) and excellent for slimming down legs, bum and defining muscles - the first thing I noticed, within a couple of weeks.

I think most people battle with losing weight!
I have follwed the Closerdiet plan on line, been great for me.
But what you really need to do it exercise and eat a
healthy balanced diet. Include all the foods you like, and yes it's ok to still have chocolate sweets ect, just not to many of them! Any thing you can get low fat get it, like cheese, crisps ect, they taste...
