Try not to worry to much, ( says me that is not looking forward to the thought of going up!) i think it is part of the process. I have put 7lb on over this year, which i have 5 weeks from yesterday to get back off for op, cos then at least i have 7lb to play with :) My happy is between 10st and 10st 7lb, but my middle of my BMI is 9st 9lb, something i have never been and dream of, so maybe after tt! Enjoy your christmas hun, get out and walk...

Hi I do not do acrylic nails but i do know that you are not allowed nail varnish, this has to be removed prior to surgery, i am unsure about the nails as i think it is an infection control issue regards chipped varnish etc. Don't know if acrylics pose a H & S threat? Clare lou X

Hi, I'm 4 weeks post lipo to stomach, flanks and back and lost about 5 pounds after the procedure but in the last week it has mostly gone back on. I have been out for a couple of meals and have some more christmas meals to come (catching up with various friends at different places I have worked). Also I dont think I am burning hardly any calories at the moment. I cant go to the gym and cant do much other than a little bit of walking (I...

Hiya, welcome to the forum! Like yourself i have lost 3st. I think the only concern with weight is that its best to be at a stable weight, more so the case that you shouldn't put to much weight on after tummy tuck. As you are going to stretch things again and kinda undo the tummy tuck. A few pounds give or take isn't too bad. So idealy you should aim for a weight that you can maintain for the ...
