If you want this to happen on every reply or even every new message, then using VBA to insert your template directly might be the most efficient way. If you do not want to insert the same text for every new message or reply then instead of using signatures for this, it's better to use AutoText or Quick Parts (depending on your Outlook version). FWIW, I've never seen WFS able to render a PDF file as an attachment in Outlook. PDF files have no printto verb defined in Vista. You can, however, send a PDF file as an attachment from the Fax Console, which is a new feature with WFS. Should work just as well since WFS will use Outlook Contacts for recipient selection.
