recently stayed at Butlins where my son was asked to leave the premises by a doorman. he tried to walk out but was set upon by 8 doormen who threw him against an iron pole, twisted his arm injuring his shoulder, broke his thumb, dragged and dangled him by his throat, threw him into their office and refused to let him go to the toilet,,,,IS THIS USING REASONABLE FORCE????????
