Junction of Parliament Street/Great George Street: the building work on the grass appears to be part of the Biennial. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed three large concrete rings getting buried deep in the soil, I assume for the revolving trees: http://www.biennial.com/content/Live...spx?intro=t rue

VERY impressive I must say. assuming anything that size in Liverpool would have to go to a park ... unless they close off Lime St by St Georges Hall. a very large public square is one of the few things we lack.
