Controls Setup [Was: Problem]
Published (2009-12-17 17:25:00)
You may need to go into windows game controller properties, through the windows control panel and you should/might be able to seperate the axis under advanced properties. (if you use the wingman profiler you can also access it from that) Also in LFS you should see the option to combine/seperate axis in the list above where you set the axis up. You need to have both set to seperate in order to get the gas and brake indipendant from each other....

Yes i've found a solution. The problem was that i can't plug my wheel power adapter in the same extension cable as the PC. The Force Feedback motor takes alot of juice, so my power supply in PC has lack of, since HDD's are the most sensitive piece of hardware subjected to power loss it kept shutting down and caused the pc to restart. I've simply plugged the power adapter from the wheel to another extension cable apart from...

Make sure you're not running any P2P applications or downloading stuff in the background while you're playing LFS. If you have roommates (or wife and kids, or friends, whatever), ask them nicely to lay off your internet connection while you're playing.
It's also possible, but probably not likely, that your internet provider is classifying and prioritizing traffic, in which case you'd have ...

Nobody can give you the answer unless you provide us with more details. Saying you're having lag issues but not telling us any important information (like wired or wireless connection, what other applications are using it, do you share it with anyone (family/neighbours)) won't get you anywhere and it's likely to frustrate people who would otherwise have helped you into not giving you any ...

No, you cannot use the H-gate shifter for cars with a sequential gearbox. You can use your shifter in sequential mode, though.

Hi 5point
Please give us some info on how you connect to the internet, speed of your conn, and how many other PC's connected to your LAN.
do you or anyone on your LAN use P2P software, this is the most common cause of laggy conns, but it could be many things maybe a dodgy cable?
let us know what you have ruled out, so check things like is a virus scan running in the background on your...

Are you sure it wasn't calibration or something? If it keeps being crazy, just call on Logitech Support here and describe everything what happens and where's the problem. If your piece is a fail product, you should get a new soon, but all parts of the wheel musn't be damaged from outside and it must be still under warranty, but they'll tell you all...
