It sucks having to be at class by 8am, since I have to leave here at 6am.. otherwise, I could have woken up at like 3-4 like I used to in highschool, lol.

Not worth the money and a 5-10% difference in score in one class out of many many many classes.... It's not that big of a deal. But if your professor recommended it, it's obviously a fairly competitive subject. Just make sure you woo some people with your personality...

Talk to your professor. It is their job to teach you. And if they seem pissed, oh well. As long as you go in office hours, they can't do jack. Also, try a math tutor. When I was in college, I was a math tutor. I worked for the Math Department and we provided free drop-in tutoring on an individual customized basis.

I'm not really one to set an example for people. I've always waited until the last second for everything (I'm a procrastinator), and I'm like that for studying too. After a while, I've come to realize that I focus my best at the last minute. So for me, studying between 2-4am for a test that I'll have later that day works the best for me. But, sometimes I'll do things like rewrite my notes (...

That exact order, honestly. I like getting the big stuff done first, and it's easier to study for a quiz last because you won't have other school-related things on your mind.

I'm in a very competitive program and an adviser advised I have all A's.... Well out of 8 classes I have 2 B's one B in a higher English than I need so maybe that will still be kind of like an A to them and a B in math. The only reason I got a B in math is bc we couldn't use calculators in it AT ALL. Since I have a B in it it would cost me $265 to retake it, and I still may not be able to get a A...

Because you can be doing really well in a class, and one final can drop your grade by ALOT. I'm also not that great in test taking. And with the passing of the budget increase, I'll have to pay 2500 more next year. I have a scholarship riding on my GPA, and I'm getting more and more paranoid about losing it... At this point, I'm doing well enough in my classes to keep it above a 3.5... but I ...
