When runing your A/C, you should have some water under your car, usually passenger side. This is your drain tube. If not, then it is clogged and needs to be cleaned out. To find it, you have to crawl under your car on your back and find it, passenger side, just a bit behind the right front tire, but close to the firewall (maybe).

I'm not so sure you can manually adjust the axle spring bags on a 2003 TC, the Height Sensor for the rear air suspension regulates the height of the suspension up or down based on
road conditions and weight in the vehicle not tire size. What size tires and rims have you installed? You made have to convert the air bag springs to coil springs.

I've learned that the early part number was YW1Z5400396AA, now evolved to 5D018. These are a two part composite spacer that has adjustable steps in them. Not sure if that is for adjustment of the front fender sheetmetal or to act as a crumple point in a crash. No response from Ford Direct yet. All tips and thoughts appreciated.

What year? Wipers are a problem on these cars. There is a wiper computer under the
steering column which is a nightmare to get to. Also, I had the problem in my 1992 where a wire was bad that went from the combo switch to the wiper computer via the steering column.
