You write an excellent report!!!!! (Let me chime in with my usual notice...that if you are viewing this report with Firefox it will cut off at Caesar's. You must view it with Internet Explorer to see the entire thing.) I laughed at the mental picture of you and all the ladies doing "THE WAVE" for every win! What is a messenger bag? LOL at you almost sitting on women in the steam room. I swear one of these days I will...

My first visit was a bit rubbish. Booked fairly last minute for new year 2004, flew out via Chicago, first plane was really late but they held the plane to vegas as so many were on our flight, the locals who were being held up were not amused. We stayed at the Mirage and Britney Spears was in town and got married and it was manic manic manic. The then boyf had a cold and jetlag and was a pain in the rear not wanting to do much at all. We went...

Yikes $1000 for a so-so dinner, money better spent gambling! Sorry you didn't get to see Human Nature this trip; it is a fantastic show - perhaps you will see it on your January trip. I bought 1/2 price VIP tickets from Goldstar on our September trip and we had great seats. I love Grand Luxe's Asian Nachos and have them on every trip! Thanks for posting your TR.....I'm in the final week countdown and enjoy living vicariously...

Kestral, nice report and thanks for sharing. Itdefinitely sounds like both of you had a great time. It is great when friends get to spend quality time together especially when it is in Vegas. Nice wins at Casino Royale on VP.

Thanks for writing. It a great bedtime read. Like Blonde, I snickered about nearly sitting on another person in the steam room. With glasses off, I was stumbling around in there too. Good tip about avoiding weekend crowds if possible. You were actually a winner at MSS with your scratch card. Almost all of them are $2, so getting $3 is a bonus. Casino Royale is not the answer I was expecting. lol.

The first time we went was in 1998. We had NO idea what we were getting into. Stayed at Harrah's and spent 5 days gawking all over the strip and downtown. We were absolutely amazed at all the neon, glitz and action. Felt like we had to stay up continuously so we wouldn't miss a thing! Went to Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire. Was already planning our next trip before we even came home!

I love this... as soon as we stepped into the riviera, i fell in love. i can't even start to explain the level of pure joy i felt. it was the noises, the people, and most of all, the smells. even today, we will go into a place and i will say, "hey, this kind of smells like new york new york." my wife thinks i'm nuts but...

What a combination. Great shows, good food, Valley of Fire, fun gambling and being able to do it all with a good friend. What could be better? And I want you
to know what a deal you got at the Society Cafe at Encore. Sure beat the hell out of our 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 2 cokes for $48.
Great report, kestral. An enjoyable read.
P.S. Bathroom photo.......MSS?

I played that Wolf Run for the 1st time on Sat., at one of our local casinos.
(one screen only)
I was betting $2 a pop, I think, and cashed out over $400 from my one $20.
Wish all the machines would pay like this.

Congratulations Doris on scoring 11th place, that is very good out of so many people. Sounds like you had a very
nice and relaxing solo trip. Where is the Burger Joint? That Hawaiian Burger looks amazing, I am going to have to have one. Enjoyed your report! BTW - I
would bet my gambling budget that you are the only gal Mike would want seated next to him in one of those fancy cars. Thank ...

Great Trip report lipgloss. You sure got your moneys worth on that trip. This BB
King restaurant in the Mirage; I have never seen it? Do they have any nice pasta dishes?
