That might be a nice gesture Jack, but he can't do it. The legal paperwork signed to get on the show forbids it. The integrity of the show would become suspect, not to mention the I.R.S. taxing the million dollar prize as an advertised million dollars. Then someone sues claiming collusion among those that got more than others, etc. It would be a mess. Besides everyone on the show gets something. I saw the breakdown way back around Africa...

Rounder, for missing most of this season, you certainly summed up the show quite nicely. I couldn't agree with you more on every point. Hi Claire...it looks like you and I are the only foodies. I watched last night and thought it was pretty good. Yes, it is called The M. It seems odd that with all the time I spend in that place I never noticed or heard about the filming!! Oddly enough I am going to Cut for dinner tonight, hope I like it!

"Nothing on TV" is so true. I've been pvring late night talk shows so I have something to watch at noon otherwise I'll be getting 2 - 3 hours of news a day. We rarely go to movies. In fact it is so bad that we finally rented Slumdog Millionaire . We were likely the last people in North America to see it. After hearing rave reviews I also rented the first disc of Mad Men, season 1....

I love this show. Terri and I have talked a little bit about it in the "Top Chef" thread. Stay out though if you don't want to know what happens. I'm assuming you're trying to catch up to season 3? I don't want to ruin anything for you.

I agree that this show could be a hit. I started watching it last night only because nothing else on tv interested me and I was too lazy to be productive. I have always been a Chris Noth (Sex & the City) fan so it will be interesting to see how much (or how little) his character is shown.

Love this show. Every season when they announce the names of the stars that will be dancing, I typically don't know many of them. This season is no different. The only names of the "stars" that I recognize are: Melissa Joan Hart, Kathy Ireland, Kelly Osbourne, Donny Osmond and Debi Mazar. That means there are eleven that I don't know.
