Probably goin to be ridiculed for this question but here goes. is the PAS pump on a 2.5TD the same as that on a disco 200tdi? i ask this as the one on my 2.5TD has gone and dnt wanna get a new one as plannin on putting a 200tdi in in a few weeks. im guessing not but u nvr no. however hav got a 3hr drive to do before then cheers

Where abouts are you? Is the axle original? and do you have the axle number if so then Ring Paddocks spares and they will send you all the stuff you need. and ask for a couple of pots of one shot grease for the rebuild and other side Jai

a 52mm socket or box spanner for the hub nuts. 9/16" socket and spanner (NOT 13mm) for prop bolts. that's about it.

hes only mistaken it for the H/L (diff lock) lever. not a cronic error. We have had far worse here trying to convince people they are in perm 4 wheel drive and the little lever does not allow 2-4 wheel change. G

my only advice would be although you say the clutch is in good order,its a piece o piss to put a new one in while its out.youd be pissed of if ya had to take it all out again if the clutch went tits up.

You just need the adapter to fit the sender out of your 2.5td in to the 200tdi engine
