Often, if the gaskets are leaking into the cooling system, you can run it with the top radiator plug out & see the bubbles coming thru. You know it runs normally under 15# pressure? is the cap good? luck, greg

Hey, did you do the link arm cambers (bush kit),, At the 2-1/2" lift you need to do this too to bring the axle into line. Could also be the steering shock that is failing, after market ones run at about $100 USD max for a good one with "return to centre" spring in them. Some Discovery models don't need anything extra apart from coils & shocks like mine but hey!!! You will get some movement at speed,...

Well, even fully loaded (including the roof rack) I've never thought to myself, "Wow, this is scary." It's never felt out of control.

I would think(but its rare ), that the code would be for the Disco's Alarm. Not the radio. Think about, that would mean that anyone could bypass an alarm just by switching the radio? I'm thinking that the code input into the radio needs to be vehicle specific, not radio. There is a slight genuis on here named ELEMENTAL. Hit him up and get the correct info. Good luck

Any codes? What kind of plugs and wires, please tell me the aren't Bosch +4's? A cheap code reader will pay for itself in no time, if you don't already own one. I'm going to guess it's the MAF if you installed the correct cheap Champion plugs and decent wires. You can clean the MAF with CRC MAF cleaner. Look at it at night while it's running, see any sparking around the coil pack? Get ...

Don't wait on an answer from us, go to your local auto parts store and have the battery/alternator checked. Voltage should be between 13.6 and 14.4. Are your cables clean and tight, how old is your battery?

The most important thing to remember when welding on a vehicle is to make sure the ground clamp is between your weld zone and and joints between what you're welding on and the rest of the vehicle. Or even better, attached to whatever you're welding to the vehicle. That said, I wouldn't weld recovery points to the chassis. Unless you box it or plate it, the chassis material isn't thick enough to ...
