I wouldn't argue with staying +1 GMT.. I hate it when the clocks go back during winter as its dark when I go home and I have no garage to work on my cars. Guranteed every winter im in the middle of something with my motors meaning I only get two days where i can work in the daylight! I bought a truck on Monday.. Still haven't seen it in the daylight :O

can someone just answer my point a few months ago i did a 500 mile round trip with a 200 tdi manual discovery towing a 14 foot ifor willaims trailer with my dads old dexter tractor on the back the disco returned 27 mpg .while on hoilday the other week i was talking to a chap with a discovery 3 tdv6 he told me his discovery when towing 2.5 tonne mpg was 17 ... how can that be good for the envoiroment

Agghhh, ffs, it's got ****** all to do with what comes out the exhaust. It's all down to the manufacturing on how pollutant a vehicle is. Blasted RAC fools. For the record, the youngest car in this household is an 18 year old Mercedes-Benz 230TE. It's still going well even after 250,000 miles and until something catastrophic happens to it then there's little reason for it to go as it does...
