Where were you positioned if she was trying to undertake you, perhaps not in the left lane where you should be unless overtaking. If she wants to break the law then thats up to her but if you are in the overtaking lane when not overtaking then you are equally at fault. Tailgaters annoy but are not so annoying as those who hog the centre and outside lanes of motorways and I agree with the earlier comment that whist speed is a problem these are...

You would criminalize the majority of the nation if you had an outright ban. Especially for the morning after brigade. I also got stopped as I fell out of an off license - the threshold plate was loose and caught my laces. The copper saw me get into my car and did the " i believe you are under the influence" routine. He was really fed up when his machine showed green lights

Are you saying that, that is resonable??

Bunch of bl**dy Puritans. Abolish the limit BUT, make alcohol consumptionan "exacerbating factor" if youn do any harm while drunk, say double the sober penalty. The breathalyser has ruined many good country pubs, most that survive have to become restaurants to continue in business which defeats the ethos of a "proper pub" It's just another stultifying excresence of the 'Elfansafty culture

Hmmm. Might be a good time to offload the Guiness shares. Good idea to have a lower limit for learners and working drivers, though why not just make it 20 across the board? It is here and many other countries.

I just bought them today. I'm wearing them in a Daihatsu Terios 1.5 MT. I went in to buy the Yokohama Geolander G012 AT but the guy there was obsessed with the new michelin cross and literaly did not let me wear the G012 that I initially wanted to buy. Apparently he stated ALL the above and convinced me that this is a 3rd generation tire that has nothing to envy from an all terrain (50...
