the pipe on a 5.7 is slightly smaller than a 6.1 (2.5" to 2.75") but any exhaust shop should be able to make it fit.

it will be around 218-220 duration on the intake @.050 lift, and you are going to want to check for PTV clearance anyway due to the larger valve of the 09' head.

A lot of times it's just from a little studder from having a big cam and it thinks you misfired. I get this code once in a blue moon on cold days when the car has been sitting all day and I start it up. The better your tune is the less often you will see this code.

Of those two, I'd pick the Corsa. Have you considered Zoomers? In many people's opinion, this system is at the very top of the line for these cars. They have a vendor section here on LXF as well. Good luck.

I've seen dyno graphs that show opening your exhaust cutouts will reduce power, but it would be interesting to see how it would work out at the track with a 70 lb weight reduction.

Only thing i ever really noticed difference wise with the 6.1L intake is high speed runs give it an advantage when the air is really flowing. I've run about 3/4 of a mile with a solid head/cam 5.7 with 5.7 intake and getrag 3.06 gears against my stock motor 6.1L. We were basically parked next to each other from 60mph to 125-130mph then i started pulling away. Neither of us gained a single inch...
