Sounds like you could use an Eaton Truetrac. Shipping is figured into those prices. The core return to me will cost you around $50-$75. depending on what shipping company you use. Just let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Chris

make sure you get the f-body one, its a lot cheaper and all you have to do is swap the fitting from your stock one.

Yeah. I'm half tempted to jump on the g force 3.91 gear package pre installed in the diff. I bet my car would be a blast to drive with 3.91's.

Did you try cleaning the MAF yet though? MAF issues will usually cause hard and erratic shifts. One symptom of MAF issues can be the T/C shuting off but it doesnt always happen. Grab some MAF cleaner and clean the MAF wires and make sure the plug is secure on it. There have been issues before of a dirty MAF causing A4 issues. I left mine unplugged once and had hard shifts...etc. If you've already done this NM, but it sounds like you...

I've had great experiences with Greg at FTI. I have one of his 3600 stalls in my car now and I LOVE IT! He has great customer service and really stands by his products, give him a call.

It sounds plausible. Changing the diameter of one of the shafts breaks up the harmonics.

Could I get the Harrop differential cover for 395 if I buy a pair of stubs? I just bought a 3.5 aluminum DS and half shafts from you, so would the diff cover work with the DS? I ask because BMR DS needs an adapter if you have the Harrop cover.

If they bled it all properly, then you may need to start looking for clutches. That's basically how mine started to go. Then it got to where if I ran up through the gears hard, my 2-3 wouldn't go, because the clutch wasn't there. Then it got to where it would just pop out of gear on its own, especially in fifth for whatever reason.
