tiny bit of bending, kind of squeezing it, putting it in at a weird angle (one side at a time). On the way out i didn't mind scraping the paint as it was going to be painted...it was the way back in that I had to be careful

This is a production Bike that sold world wide With a 'painted screen', personally I think it looks a bit weird but if it's good enough for them to pass WoFs, your's shouldn't be an issue. Pic 2 is just a gratuitous bum shot by a Duke/Duc and has nothing to do with anything.

Just last night I removed those n00b stickers from the tank.. like.. read manual first.. use 95 etc... I used a hair dryer and bank card.. Then I removed the sticky stuff with CRC 5.56, It took a bloody long time to remove the sticky stuff. To remove the very last of the sticky stuff I used some Fuel lite on the thick clear coat (Harsh shit be care full!) And that left a mirror finish with my ...

just had my bike painted black with metalic pearl. zzr 400. now im going to get a double bubble tinted screen soon but in the mean time i have painted my screen black as it blends in better with the new paint job. is it legal to do this i dont even use the screen to look through.

There are upholsterers that do vinyl weld repairs, but I think they'll have to take the seat cover off to do it properly. Cheap fix? Duct tape.

Hi, was away when you posted this so have just seen it now. I have my cowling all brand new looking, you can borrow mine if you promise to return it undamaged. pm me to get in touch and I'm just over the hill from the Hood. Mine is the VFR750FR not FL which I'm sure you'll find yours is too as its a 94 or have you bought an FL as well? If so my cowl would then be no good for you...

The FXR ones are great. You can tell when an FXR rider is looking in their mirrors cos they lift their elbow up.

its bee n a while since I done any painting, but if I remember correctly, clearcoat and laquir are the same thing, once your primer is dry, lightly sand it, you need to do this to every coat of paint/primer. Put your color on but make sure you get no runs in it or its more sanding and retouching of paint work, once thats dry, wet sand it but lightly then clearcoat/laquir it. You are best to do 2 ...

Hi team, looking for recommendations on who to approach to buy a replacement seat or to have my seat rebuilt? I would prefer new. I have looked at Corbin but VPW in Oz manage to turn a $299 USD transaction into the better part of a grand very quickly. Sargent don't appear to ship down here - correct me if I am wrong. I would like to ride my Monster on longer trips without my butt wearing out...
