I admit that this is very simplistic but if a man has a bomb and his intention is to blow me up, my instinct is to blow him up first. I MIGHT be able to reason with him but if his original aim was my annihilation it is unlikely that anything I will say will dissuade of his original intent. And then my delay might be the end of me anyway.

True enough. That just happened to be the first quote I could find on a reputable IT security website. What I saw prompted me to a) remove Chrome from my PC and b) do a little more digging. At the end of the day it's your PC and your privacy, so if you're happy with Chrome then fair play...

Interflug...I think you misunderstand my comments about referendums etc.We have never had one !!
