One thing that has come up a number of times in the "How About Subforums?" thread over on Mayhem is the fact that Mayhem lacks an active moderator. I feel this is something that should be discussed over here so that Dan will see it, but I will certainly refer the Mayhemites to this thread. The question is... would Dan consider appointing one or more new moderators to the Mayhem forum? And if so...

I was just thinking — with the upgrade to PHPBB3, it makes sense to make use of its new features. One such feature is the ability to have subforums, which could a) make the place much more organized and b) place Mayhem as a subforum of the main EGS forum. Does anyone think such an action would have any merit?

This can be serious or silly. Just post whatever comes to your mind at the time. Since I made the thread (obviously) I'll start. EGS has taught me that I have friends and that I don't always have to go it alone. I think one of the underlying themes in the comic is the continual support of friends even through rough times, be it crushing on a guy you can never have, dealing with abandonment ...
