Did you overinstall 2010 over 2009 or did you completely uninstall 2009 first? To downgrade to 2009 do a complete uninstall of 2010 from add/remove, saving activation data, and then re-install 2009. If that doesn't work use the KIS (I assuming it's KIS) removal tool in safe mode. See this: Click Here . If you use the removal tool you need to be sure you have your activation code . Hi, Just wondering if someone can please help. I have just installed Kaspersky Version 9 and every since then my Internet Explorer 7 is very slow to open after I click on the IE icon on my desktop.
