Did you overinstall 2010 over 2009 or did you completely uninstall 2009 first? To downgrade to 2009 do a complete uninstall of 2010 from add/remove, saving activation data, and then re-install 2009. If that doesn't work use the KIS (I assuming it's KIS) removal tool in safe mode. See this: Click Here . If you use the removal tool you need to be sure you have your activation code . Hi, Just wondering if someone can please help. I have just installed Kaspersky Version 9 and every since then my Internet Explorer 7 is very slow to open after I click on the IE icon on my desktop. That is if you take advantage and tick the option "scan only new and changed files." But for the very first full scan by all means use the default setting that scans all files.
