We host Thanksgiving at our house every year. My cousin (who plays drums) came
down from up north this year also. He had never seen my studio/garage and one thing led to another and we started jamming a little. This year I talked my brother into singing a few songs. Of course he picked songs that I and my cousin havent played in ages. This one (Whole Lot Of Rosie) came out pretty good. The ...

I wouldn't worry about it too much if I was you. It's best to use a least a couple of different hosts anyway. I recently got a set of e-drums and found out that
Tracktion 3 doesn't play the tiny MIDI notes that the Alesis DM-5 outputs. I just don't use T3 when I am using them, I use Cubase - which I use equally anyway. We all have a limited time on this planet so it's better just ...

Maybe somebody could help me reason this through. I've been boasting about how happy I've been with the performance of my T3 since I started using multis and brought my memory usage way down. All the CPU hitches had disappeared. Edits rendered just fine. All was well. Suddenly, the CPU hitches are back with a vengence! Here's what I've
reasoned about this. 1) All I have done since ...

I recently installed the update, all confirmed and registered. Now the selection of the filters, to change parameters will not work. This is the
grey box at the bottom of the GUI. The filters will do everything else such as move, delete and I am able to right click to change presets. Again, I can't get the selection of filters to show up. For example, changing the instrument of Sample ...

I've posted this in a number of other forums and have been having trouble meeting up with other
Tracktion users. This looks like it might be the right place. I'm learning how to use multis (SampleTank) in Tracktion. It has made a huge difference in how Tracktion performs and it makes for a nice tidy and flexible edit. However, there is one issue that I haven't figured out how to solve....

Hi there, I have reason3
rewired into track. I have my TD9 midi in thru motu 828mkII. Why does it show on the input meter in tracktion that it's on when I play but there is nothing in reason? I have the control surface setup and routed thru my motu in reason. I have nnxt setup to receive and I have a kit loaded up. There is no indication on the meter of a midi signal. thanks,...

It is tedious but you can eliminate step 4 by highlighting the audio clip before cutting it and turning off "remap clip on tempo change" or whatever the similarly worded option is for the clip. Unfortunately if you have midi clips already in the project they'll stretch and shrink and there's no way to turn that off. ---- "my gosh it's a friggin hardware"
