Teresa, I know that InHisHands (jm member) is part of the thyroid board here. She also has thyroid issues. My personal experience is this: My mother and sister both have under active thyroid. My mothers was so severe that her thyroid was removed completely, she received the radio active dye and came down with Graves Syndrome as a result. Had eye surgery due to the Graves syndrome. Her weight would fluctuate alot. she is only 5ft1inc and would...

Hey Krystal - I will have more to say later but please don't go and work out! Seriously has this doctor lost her mind. When I broke my foot, I ended up putting too much stress on it afterwards (even though the dr's said it was ok)... I didn't work out but did walk around a lot and did yard work ect.... Now I am paying the price. It still aches at times, and I have to stop doing things sometimes because it never healed properly....

Okay, someone posted to me about my temps being on the low side and that could indicate thyroid problems. So of course, I consulted doctor google. Hi ladies, Hope you are having a better day today than me. DH has swine flu, just confirmed. Trying desperately to keep Owen from getting it by Clorox wiping my house down. Hello all. It is now 4:10am Friday morning here in Central USA and I can't fall asleep for the life of me! I just posted a bit ago how I *think* this is our month for a BFP, and I think that's got me anxious.
Plus I talked Brad into letting me get Subway for lunch tomorrow (well today )!! Finally...after all the cravings I get me my subway!!!

Kary, I know the feeling. What a year. In a million years, I never thought it would come to this either. I never thought I would have to have fertility treatment either. And my son's are turing 17 and 15 in one month.

Teresa, your plan sounds very strong and very good. But let me warn you about the FRER Fertility test. I took one 3 months ago, and it was a good result. I took one this week, on cd3 before I had my blood drawn by the dr. to compare notes. The FRER still showed up negative for high FSH and I do have a high FSH as confrimened by my blood results. My RE said the test is horrible. I think FRER...

I have not been pregnant after our loss yet so honestly can't tell you. I know that I didn't really get excited with my last pregnancy until after I heard a heartbeat at 13 weeks. So regardless how long you hold off it will hurt. I don't mean to sound harsh or anything please don't take it that way. When you get excited won't change the pain imo . I'm on CD1. sniff sniff. Still debating whether to continue with MA or not.
I know this cycle I am not taking any meds. I want to see if my CM comes back to normal. But I might still go to the clinic for monitoring, so that this 3rd cycle is under my belt and I can meet with the dr. to discuss any future treatments. Then I can decide whether to proceed or not.

Hi Melly,
I am so sorry you are going through this. Of course none of us can predict what will happen. However, I can tell you that my HCG was 46 early on (at 11dpo) and I still m/c in September even though the levels had risen a lot by then. It does seem at 5 weeks like your levels should be higher than they are by now. I think everyone that has had a m/c will tell you something different....

I' m 9 days late. I don't understand what's going on. I'm beginning to think my cycles are still really irregular and my period isn't even due yet. That is the only thing that would explain it. I'm losing hope.
