Christmas Eve: We go to my inlaw's house (this year SIL 's house) for a dinner with his entire family. It's a Polish dinner that consists of 12 meals, but it's also a meatless and alcohol-free dinner. After we eat and they do the dishes, we usually have dessert. Also, everyone brings their presents there (for the other kids, since ILs have a total of 6 grandkids, and the gift for the person who's name you pulled)....

The computer is a constant issue with us too. I just limit my time or wait til she's napping or in bed for the night. Elle climbs on me but doesn't throw a fit when I put her down. I do try to distract her and start playing with toys or ask her to go get me something. I usually ask her to get me a book. It works for now...

To follow in my grandmother's footsteps, I actually do an Italian meal on Christmas. Lasagna, meatballs, garlic bread, spaghetti, etc. But if you're going the turkey/ham route, I'd vote for a sweet potato casserole!

Saturday morning we had a family photo session. In the afternoon I did some shopping and went to Church. This morning I took Natasha to gymnastics, and now just hanging out at home... it's freezing out today.

Ours are done, I am actually waiting for DH to come home with ours. We're printing them at a local place close to where we live, they do a really good job. I think I shared ours before, I kinda edited out the calendar on the original one b/c DH didn't like it and I was afraid it won't bring sharp enough.

Christmas Eve: 7pm candlelight church service, then go to mimi's for opening presents there.
Christmas Day: Wake up and open presents at our house, and go to mimi's for dinner. We'll also probably be adding going to Chris's mom on Christmas day as well.

I have an appt tomorrow with the OB b/c my MW is out on her maternity leave. I'm hoping and praying there's some progress but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I am ticked off actually... I could care less what he has to say. I would rather be watching Biggest Loser right now. I will be even more angry if they run over and it pushes my show more. I am sick of him messing with tv shows so he can show his face on tv. I swear he acts like a rap star. GQ, Mens health, tv, where does it end?

Ava can say "Mom" " Dada" "yeah" "no" "uh-oh" "hi" and "bye-bye" clearly.
She says "Thank you" and "There it is!" but not clearly.
I'd say she's where she should be verbally at 20 months.

Probably a little bit tomboy and a little bit teacher's pet. I was really well-behaved. Never even got a detention. And I wasn't a suck up but I got along well with most of my teachers. I wasn't super athletic but I liked sports and I hated Barbies. And I felt like I had more in common with adults than with most kids.
