No one mentioned egg whites and then rolling the tuna in oats and then cooking it? You can make "burgers"! Try this: 1 can tuna 1 Egg's worth of egg whites a few pinches of oats from your standard oatmeal can Diced onions/garlic/olives to your own taste salt/pepper/paprika Remove the tuna from the can and put it in a bowl with everything above and fold in the eggwhites. Dont' throw away the can from the tuna can!...

I used to squeeze a wedge (maybe 2?) of lime into the drained can of albacore.. Now, I just buy the Star Creations in a pouch.. My wife doesn't like it, but I love it.. Use it as a topping on low fat triscuits..

Great post George. I like 93% fat free ground beef as well as ground turkey. Had been just draining off the fat into the dirty dishes in the sink. I like to mix the beef/turkey with taco mix and cook that up for a few minutes. Top with fresh salsa (for veggies) and maybe an ounce of fat free cheddar. I intended to make some today so maybe I'll snap a photo and post it here later.

Looks outstanding! I will be adding this to my menu soon! I have made something like this in the past and the pineapple chopped up and added to the brown rice is a great side to have along with the chicken.

This looks simple and extremely tasty! I'm going to try this recipe for sure sometime this week. We even have some fresh basil plants growing out back. I'm not big on mayo (and I think reduced fat mayo is high in HFCS) so I think I'll coat the breasts with egg white instead. Thanks, Chris.

Sorry . . . all the pasta recipes I know probably aren't that healthy. LOL! I'm Italian. . . You can do anything w/pasta though: Toss it w/Olive Oil and cut up chicken breast, etc.
