Okay guys, we're getting dangerously close to a closed BETA of this site; we need people to help us with the exercise database if possible. Like we have mentioned, any help in this area is greatly appreciated and you will be rewarded with a premium membership to the site. We need people to split up the work, so email me if you're interested for the details; unfortunately, it is a largely manual effort and we need as much help as we...

Elbow injury resulting from...

Could be lots of things. I would suggest stretching out the muscles that connect to your elbow more. If its been going on for a while go see a chiropractor or a physio therapist(in my experience chiropractors are better at diagnosing joint pain). And they should give you a few exercises to do that should help.

Could point to a calcium or magnesium deficiency in your diet. I had them years ago when I was losing weight. The doctor suggested I take a magnesium supp with my carb-heaviest meal... I did, and I never had a problem with it again.

What are your goals? Are you cutting heavily, working out very hard? I have experienced very bad mood changes while trying to better my fitness level, and I attribute it fully to going to hard. There is a happy medium that you need to find.

It's probably the lack of showering. If I were in your situation, I'd take a shower after lifting/running, wash all of your sheets, and see if that helps things.

The rate of growth (or loss for that matter) should depend almost solely on diet. If you don't want to gain fat lift weights but only eat slightly higher than maintenance.

Science already knows these things, and that's how you know them. Scientists have been having quite some difficulty convincing the general public about them. Here's one that's in my fantasy: In order to maintain a healthy weight, or to lose weight if you're overweight, you don't have to eat so little that you become hungry. You just have to restain yourself from ever eating so much that...

The way I work is if it's above the neck, I still go for it. If it's below, it'll hurt during the run and after and my lungs may not appreciate the toll, so I pass until I get better. EDIT: I missed the 10-15 mins. If it's just a warm up jog, you should be fine. If it's full out cardio, then I'd do my above routine.
