Old habits die hard, and when they do, they sure can come back to haunt! Tonight I had my longest run so far scheduled (40 minutes). I was kind of looking forward to it since I had been making progress all week in my speed. But nutrition came back to bite me Workout and Nutrition Today they are combined because it was certainly a case of cause and effect. Day 43 - December 8 , 2009 - Weight: 171.8 lbs - Bodyfat: 21.4% (according to unreliable bioelectrical impedance) Wow, with a big drop today, I guess i've now surpassed my first goal posted of cutting to 172 lbs... that feels good. But as i've mentioned, i'm not ready to bulk with this much remaining body fat (i'm not sure if it's 21%, but it seems like it's in the neighborhood of 20%). After about six more weeks...

At the moment I've got this cb125t (going to be using this more now its summerish)
and this cn250 (for the tons of stuff needed to be lugged about for uni)
There both used for commuting, remember the snow? I was out in that (the sick thing is I could have gone in the car )

I've been a slacker at updating this week... too busy at work!
Anyway, completed the specialized chest routine today (4 workouts in 2 weeks). Plan is to go back to a full body routine for 2 weeks then do another specialized routine for 2 weeks... keep rotating through full body and specialized until I complete...

I had a pretty good workout last night on shoulders and legs. Went up in weight on nearly every exercise.
After seeing it mentioned in jasunkrebs' journal and his graciousness in pointing me to the Web site, I've been looking into the Stronglifts 5x5 program. After reading up on it my workout partner and I have decided to give it a try starting the week after Christmas.

I'm pumped for tonights workout! Due to scheduling issues i wasn't able to lift last night so i had to use it as my off day. The unscheduled rest day really fires me up to lift. Can't wait to get in there and move heavy shit around.

Feeling great again. Lower calories and I have more energy.
My home AC froze up AGAIN! Darn thing runs out of Freon every summer. landlord again is saying yeah yeah I will get to it when I get to it.
