Wayyy better numbers than me. I'm going to put on 125 and rep it out on vid to be sure form is good and post. EDIT: Couldn't even pick up the 125 after workout lol.

I'd like to see 12% BF by the end of the year. IF I don't get too far side tracked in the next two weeks, I'll make it. If I don't make 12% by year end , then I'll join you so I can get to where I want to be in January.

Since last post 2,600 and I got the 1000 today. In the end it was the boredom of counting to the next 10 rather than the effort but made it non the less. 106,005 + 2600 = 108,605 Bit of a break than working to 2,500 in one day - why not? Merry Christmas to everyone and a Happy New Year

My "entry form"... Current 1RM is 195. My goal is to get it by the end of the year. From today's workout: Standing BB Press 45 x 15 95 x 10 135 x 8 155 x 5 x 5 sets - New PR!! Mwahaha...

i spose i should start. won't be doing any for a few days but last week i got: level 3: 225 lbs x 7,5,5,5,6,5,5,4,2 = 44 total reps hoping to get around 50 next time i try this weight

Perfect 10 (Spring Break/Vegas Challenge) Part Two Ok I took part in the first one and i think it was a success...even though I didn't reach my initial goal of 215 by dec 7th...I'm at like 224 down from 240 initially so i'll take that as a semi win...im not much of a journal person and the challenge helped me stay on track and ...
