hello Ghazala, you do not need to buy mindscreens question because you can get them free( 300 questions ) and I think what you read is enough, also in ARDMS exam there are few questions in doppler, really exam is very easy don't worry you will pass it definatly. regards

Jill in Charleston, Illinois said: there arnt any schools that dont require either an associates degree or a bachelors degree. Not sure about the other schools, but Triton has an associate degree program; no previous bachelor's degree or any other kind of degree is required to enter the program. All you need are the pre reqs.

I'm currently doing a review class that was arranged by my school. The instructor has written questions for the exams in the past and has authored many books. He is working on an SPI review book, but it is not finished. His advice was to study primarily the Edelman textbook (Understanding Ultrasound Physics 3rd ed.) and then supplement it with the Kremkau text ( 7th edition), but only ...

Hi. PRN is "as needed" which means you are usually on call when the regular tech might be off work. Like I said, it's not ideal but it is a way to get your foot in. Some places don't have call. I just took the OB test yesterday and to be honest, it was not as bad as I had anticipated. Menstrual cycle was tested heavily. Uterine anomalies and causes for bleeding, there were several ...

Daisy, I am so sad right now cause I am not able to find a school in San Antonio that is accredited. I am new to this area but want to attend a reputable college that is CAAHEP supported. I am going to read on more and investigate and will keep you updated. My email is victcr2@yahoo.com. I have a friend that is an education specialist and we are going to look around. We may have ...

Hi, I'm taking the Vascular test in a few days. I've been studying mostly Edelmam's seminar book, as well as the x-zone from his website. Majority of sonographers that I know have said that's all you'll need. I'll let you know how it goes.
Good Luck

Seems like CCI (although thought of as easier by some...) focuses on clinical medicine, therapy, patient management, medications...etc and some of that is not covered by Gulfcoast who prepares students for the ARDMS exams. I'm taking the Adult Echo ARDMS test in Nov and have only studied from the older GS review guide with narration by Corky. I'm feeling pretty good about it but the ...

So do you all think this test will be harder than the old exam? Ive already failed physics twice. I just dont get it. I've gone to Edelman and Pegasus. I will be going to Edelman again in Feb in Alabama because he is supposed to be reviewing the new exAM. I personally think that the new exam will be harder because now we have to know cardiovascular physics along with a few other ...
