On the axle shaft there is an axle seal holding all your fluid in the diff. They are notorious for leaking. In the past I jack up that side of the vehicle to let all the fluid run to the other side. Pull the axle shaft, slop some RTV on the seal and shove it back in place. I always use
Right Stuff by permatex so it sets up quick.
In order to replace the seal you have to press the bearing off ...

Nothing now, but on my prior Jeeps I regretted putting on the chrome double tube bumpers. (hey, they used to be 'in')
Bikini tops seem to be a waste of money for me, especially if you have a soft top.

Paint the fenders, interior (speaker covers, vent's etc...) You could also paint the chrome headlight bezels black I did that recently and love the look of
black eyes. Cost ya a couple bucks for paint.

nope that's about right, Jeep and gas mileage shouldn't be in the same sentence. I've got a 2.4L and I go about 280 on a
full tank on a good day.

Wow, it's a general concensus that anything over 2" is not good. Do you have a stock suspension?
