You have to call them. I know Jeffery honors that price on at least bumpers, lift kits, and different control arm add ons.

4" of lift is more than you need with 31's. Don't lift your jeep any higher than you have to. You want your jeep to be as stable as possible in the curves and at extreme angles. I use to run alot of lift and huges tires, but it was alot of expense and unpracticle for the kind of wheeling I do. Now I just run 2.5" lift and 31's for trail riding in the mountains.
