Personally, I think the NSA sat on the data. They could have reported it to the Pentagon I'm pretty sure. Instead they're claiming that they couldn't reveal the information unless the FBI cleared it. In the interest of accuracy I think a better poll would ask them if they thought there was fraud in the election and then asked them if they specifically thought it was perpetrated by ACORN for Obama or by someone else.
