You are doing the exact same lifts on each day?
Look into the Starting Strength program (especially buy the book).
Also, you should evaluate your squat technique as I am 99.9% sure you are not
going deep enough. It is very very rare that someone is capable of squatting as much as they deadlift.

Hey PGirl.
A few years back I could only do 3
pushups (I'm a guy haha, I was 17).
A few weeks later I could do 50 easily, maybe it's different as a guy versus a girl but you never know.
All I did was "crank them out". Every night I did as many as I could do twice with probably a 10 min break in between. Sometimes I did some in the middle of the day.
