Squats: 135x10 225x10 315x10 405x10 495x10 585x10 495x20 Leg Curl: 190x12 x 5sets leg press: 6 plates per side x 100 reps (took four rest pauses, lol) knee still hurting, wore patella strap and it seemed to help a little. Kept getting interrupted between squat sets, its hard getting in good hard workouts sometimes when you work at the gym you lift at (and you workout on the clock, lol).

Last day of max lifts. All and All Im pleased with the increases have made. I have some work to do on some of them. BB overhead press 175 (20lb increase) Seated made a big difference. One arm DB rows 160 (20lb increase) Pull ups (palms in) 15 (10 rep increase) Bench press 275 (not happy with this at all)

With my first SM competition under my belt, I now have a better idea of where my strengths and weaknesses are. My new goals are to hit a 1200lb total (bench + squat + deadlift) and be able to overhead press a 200lb log for 3 reps. At the same time, I'd like to keep my overall bodyweight below 200 by getting rid of some belly fat and adding mass up top.
