Back cramps up when Benching Heavy
Published (2009-11-28 20:24:00)
I have that problem when I try to use the narrow back BP belts when it's tight. I went back to the wide belt. As mentioned above, stretching over a foam roller or a football (good substitute) also helps.

Best and worst bench shirts
Published (2009-11-24 11:14:00)
Next week I am going to be trying a dbl Rage X for the first time. I have always used Titan Katanas, Fury, and F6's. My only Inzer shirt was a denim that wasn't right for me. Looking forward to seeing if it is the bee's knees!

Garry Frank in Ms. State...

Congrats to Garry! Undeniably, he has been great for Louisiana powerlifting! A few years ago, I missed breaking the 500 pound mark on bench. After the meet, Garry quickly recognized my disappointment and sat down next to me. He said just a few words, "How many people in this world have even had the courage to bench 500?" In the big scheme of things, he was right. It was one of my most memorable moments with him, as I had a...

Mine does too. Are you arching and pushing with your feet? If so, that's
the cause. If not, it could be many things. Dehydration or an injury of
some sort are likely.

I really loved my Super Duper Phenom..... Until I used my APEX fromAPT. The
single is sick strong. It bites bad but is all around kickass. Oh and after
Inzer lost my shirts a few times(and we bought THOUSANDS of dollars in
shirts every few months) I was done with them. Very shitty customer
service.

LOL - that bar's fubared now...
As for the squat - it seems high, but the angle is not the best. Keep pushing your knees out. In a suit, it's going to have to be exaggerated since it's fighting you. Good work - 825 walked out is nuts.
