I have been thinking of seeing if injectable b12 will help me with energy and appetite. I'm up so early now and working such long hours that I would really like a little boost so I can continue my training. Does anyone have any experience with it in terms of how it benefited or didn't, doses, how they injected it etc?

I just recently started benching with the my elbows tucked and it took a few sessions to get the hang of it. I still need to make a conscious effort to keep them tucked in, especially as the weight starts to increase. I like doing this because it makes my shoulders feel better. I used to bench with a wide grip and my elbows flared out to the sides. My shoulders would hurt a good day ...

Why not... Many competitive powerlifter - bodybuilder will take a long break before hitting the weight again. The best thing is that you probably won't even loose a big deal of strength. If you do, you will soon start to hit new PR afterward anyway. __________________ The body will not go where the mind didn't go 1st. It's the mind ...

No chance at this point. It is done but I am not inclined to go through the headache of putting it out there. I am thinking of offering the training side of it only, with no theory or philosophy, to a select group of people that I know would benefit from it and understand it. No answer can be given. Everyone has different bio-mechanics and muscle fiber type. On "average" most people can row more than they can chin/pull-down, but rows hit more overall muscle mass and allow (sometimes a LOT more) more momentum. If I were forced to pic only rowing or chinning/pull-downs it would be simple. Rows work more mass. A cable row works pretty much the entire back ...

If it is working I wouldn't try and fix it. Slow and steady wins the race in this sport. Constantly looking for the "big gains" and changing things when you have a format that is already providing consistent progression is usually a mistake. IA

I have read 3 books on metabolic typing, have done the work-up on myself and find it can be pretty accurate. No, I don't do it for clients as it is simply not needed. MOST people are pretty carb intolerant. I generally find this out in the questionnaire and by having the client log diet. The majority are fast oxidizers, and those that are slow are pretty easy to spot from my standpoint....
