I just spent the last 7-8 months writing a diet book and took a 10 day "vacation" (worked 10-14 hours a day) to finish it. It is about 95% complete and almost ready to be sent off to a couple of editors and strength coaches to ensure readability and make sure I didn't miss anything. First I need to get that into production and I will likely start another project. IA

Looks great. Seems like a good bench at your bodyweight, that's really good progress on incline bench in fact.
