Training for width?

deadlifts and heavy ass rows made my back waaay bigger... add some heavy military or DB shoulder presses and you should look pretty wide

Deadlifts have added more width and thickness to my back then any other movement. Wish I would have been doing these 20 years ago. Low seated rows work well for me too.

"Looks like for those that can get through it without getting burnt out or injured they get great gains." thats the problem. A ton of them get burnt out and injured haha. I have heard rumors the awesome gains don't stay with you but I am not 100% sure on that.

B why would change your routine up now that you just found a great gym to train at? You have some strong people there willing to help you. Just do whatever program they do and take advantage of that. You share the same goals they do so you should be all set.

Build more muscle. Pretty much I don't think you can do any more than that. Back training from overhead and rowing movements.

Usually marked down, but it is SLOWLY getting more accepted. Also I think it depends on the tattoo. A tribal band is a lot different than a bunch of skulls or a reaper. Both my arms are sleeved from wrists to elbows, Both pecs are covered and I have work on my back. But competition other than a few powerlifting meets a LONG time ago has never been even a thought for me do so biggie. IA

Everyone is different. Some guys digest very fast and can eat every 2 hours, some do not and it takes at least 3. It also depends on what the meals consist of. Some guys eat bigger meals and that requires more time, some guys purposely eat very small amounts so they can have as many meals a day possible. The answer is it depends. IA

Stretching is a multi-faceted topic. There is basic stretching to loosen up, get blood flowing and prepare your muscle and CNS to fire. You may do some research on fascia stretching post-exersize, "extreme stretching" per DC training: http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/sh...cia+stretch ing I only utilize a full warmup regimine on the first movement of a muscle group. After that any ...

I remember reading about Cluster HST a few years ago when HST was the next big thing. You might want to check out the HST forum on the HSN website. The big boys out there could better direct you. I can help you understand what Cluster Sets are though. You take a reasonably heavy weight (like 90% of your 1RM) and you do 2 reps, rest 10 seconds, do 2 more reps, then rest 10 seconds, do 2 more ...
