Ok we know that volume work is best done once you have good
strength and conditioning levels.But how do you progress on a volume routine? do you add weight? reps? I mean as IA said where do you go from 20 sets a body part?

Than of course I saw Frank Zane take the 78 Olympia and he really had it
all. More muscle than Steve, super symmetry, and just an
almost perfect
physique that was more believable than my other hero Arnold.
