Can't put it on the judge just quite yet...before the judge can confirm a plan, it must be voted on/passed by impaired creditor classes...for this to happen, disclosure statements regarding the plans must be filed by the plan proponents--unless the judge decides via a hearing that the disclosure statement isn't necessary because there is enough detail in the plan itself for voting---none of this has happened yet....

How many times will a judge allow a contiuance? Can they drag this out indefinetly or will the judge say enough is enough at some point?

and sometimes lucky counts .That is not luck is good players tray to win the game in 90 minuts .is the job off the zebras to see the game .Yes it`s not correct to hadle the ball like that however it heppen all the time . Football is nice becouse of that all the game start 0-0 in 82 Italy we won over Brasel 3-2 if we replay that game 1000 times after the win we will have lost 999 times if Careca whose not at home with a broken leg we will have...
