"ALL investors in ALL stocks must look at past behaviors in order to make educated guesses for future behaviors" *some* feel that EXPH past behaviors are not relevant, only what JD tipped his hand about during the CC.

How Should Private Companies Determine the Value of Their Stock? Stock Valuation Guidance Under Section 409A Proposed Regulations. The Section 409A proposed regulations contain new valuation guidance, including some relief for private companies. For private companies generally, the fair market value of the stock means a value determined "by the reasonable application of a reasonable valuation method" that is applied...

Thats all well and good but why not

Thats all well and good but why not wait and do this AFTER ETC has grown and enhanced the value of EXPH as well. To do this now when ETC is barely even a start up is unheard of. And frankly a giant middle finger to the shareholders of EXPH.

Your whole argument is defeated by just two words..INCREASING REVENUES..With that..the market cap increases and so does the pps..Also you say people are in this to get a 100% gain..LOL maybe you are..I plan on a much higher return and with two companies owned..it increases the chances of getting just that by 100%...veno

"As long as the A/S does not increase and the O/S is maxed it really doesn't matter one whit how much is relegated as FLOAT or insider held" LMAO well I guess this depends on which stock momo plays, cuz there are some where this arguement is met with trashing the stock by the same that believe it a benefit here.....

demand is growing for ETC. maybe it is being spun-off so it can be sold later. todays PR seems to confirm the idea of selling the rights as opposed to expo solely supplying the finished product. licensing can be lucrative. you dont have to manufacture/ship the product. this strategy could also reduce the market for similar/cheaper knock-off's. by integrating the ETC features into their own ...

Hoping to pick of stragglers. For a week now I have been laying in the weeds to no avail. Thought some desperate soul might dump some out there. No dice.

Springroll ....I flunked algebra , really . As I see it EXPH's shares should be entirely valuated by the combined revenue streams of Expo Holdings , which include Etcetera's revenues . ETC shares are a non-sequitor until a value is assigned and they are tradeable , therefore x's and y's and o's and lobsters have nuttin' to do with EXPH shares . Right now the proposed ETC shares may be perceived ...

My view of the EXPH Spin-off to Create a Separate Company The proposed spin-off announced this week is creating a lot of misconceptions and confusion, as evidenced by the posts on the board over the past few days. I am giving my view of it below. It is my own opinion only, but I am posting it in hopes it may help others in evaluating the proposed change. 1. Currently we have EXPH with its ...

Excellent Post!!! IMO, this should be a sticky note or should be in IBOX. This one is good. it’s like two pockets on the same pair of pants – its doesn’t matter whether the money is in one pocket or the other He has stated that he will run with fully audited financials for the new company. This higher level of reporting costs more than what is required for an OTC ...
