To many shares to buy back and there will be dilution in the future as Davenport gets things going.

I will be surprised if it drops that far, but if it does I will be here waiting to get some also. GLTY! Hoping a PR comes out before it gets that low though.

Yeah I agree that it could take longer than we expect, however they are actually working off of an old prototype, simply looking to increase the power output. I can tell you that a company is not going to sign an NDA, and wait around for 3+ months for something to happen. They wouldn't even waste their time. Maybe products won't be ready to test, but the Fuel Cell itself may be completed. Who knows just spectulating.

IMO Davenport will continue to hold a controlling interest... ...at better than 51% of O/S shares to ensure there is no hostile takeover just at the very moment success is finally achieved. So I am not so concerned about the big O/S, as long as it stays stable. The point being, the occasional dumping looks to be from retail shareholders and not insiders. So there are limits as to how many shares will be available at any PPS and it should...

i agree completly, you need to leave emotions at the door and invest based off of information. (and dreams of PPS @.43 - haha) but seriously, JD and SYMW are busy worrying about SYMW, and update will come when there is something to update. I too am desperate for a PR, but am paitent enough to wait until there is something worth while to release.
