Good point! The Mutt brothers certainly have never had a problem with releasing PRs about sales before filing ... until now. Gee, i wonder whats changed? what a bunch of lying hypocrites ... And why would you say releasing things like current sales, etc. without first releasing the 10-K and Q would not be appropriate? Haven't they already done that?

i was ahead of the ball in regards to the second round of the SPNG scam, it only took a little common sense and experience. i remember when their only customer was Turtle Wax.

for most it doesn't matter. the revenues coming in from companies no one can find (90% to be exact according to SPNG management), the o/s no one knows, the filings that are late and now later and could be never, heading for NASDAQ, then trading on the grey's, IR not answering the phone, gagged t/a. SPNGers sweeping the obvious under the rug and hang their hopes on a company that continues to lie to them. the 400M missing shares,...

Michael Metter, CEO of SpongeTech® comments, "The management team feels that these mechanical steps to reduce the outstanding number of shares will be a positive step in changing the current trading pattern of our stock." Yeah. Uh huh. So far so good. The trading pattern seems to have changed just as predicted by Mr. Metter. COO, Steven Moskowitz adds, "The management is committed and prepared to support any and all permissible...

Listen I just posted the link, and said that before it was shown that was from a previous date. I was not around when the OS was 111M, so I didn’t know. Could I have looked into it a little more before posting, sure I guess, but isn’t that point of a forum, to bring ideas together? In my opinion, it didn’t seem outrageous or hard to believe OS was 111m, as of the 13G’s I had OS at 350M based off RME holdings, is it crazy they could...

Just because it's not sub penny right now doesn't mean sub penny is not in
SPNG's future...if the mod goes thru the iBox to confirm which stores are
currently carrying SPNG products he or she will be deleting a bunch of
those pics...

yes, im still up. just saw the hubby off to work... but really, i dont want
to be an asst. i have your board marked to support you and to see what
other odd stuff you come up with. i gave up a board a while back cause it
was too much trouble. it was a very cool .0001 type of board. then it got
to be too much. then later, (recently) i decided to do a diff kind of board
that is also testing my ...

Where are you on this hypothetical spng hill? That should be the first
question. And why should you care where others are? As long as you are firm
in your conviction. If you are from private industry then I would have to
assume that you are astute enough to read others' posts to determine where
the vantage point of each is? And what relevance is that anyway to the
issues involved with spng? Its ...

Good post Donna - it is honest and I agree with your points made in the
post but consider this: Moskowitz and Metter both come from money and have
been (and still are) involved as directors in both public and private
companies. I have named a few below: Azurel Ltd Carter & Sons RM
Enterprises International Inc Vanity Events Holding Inc Evolutions Inc
Vanity Holding Group Inc WESTERN POWER & ...

What are we to see, mingy? As of Oct 30,2009 the entire short interest was
a mere 98,000 shares. So what is the problem?

I didn't overlook anything. I posted a simple question which you failed to
answer. Didn't I say that by the court document they have already
incriminated themselves. LOL "folks" plural cannot be alone. Since I
started acquiring the stock last year at .024 and increased @ .08 I got in
at a great bargain even considering todays PPS. Consider also that I sold
the majority of it for a significant ...

Longterm has the most tremendous upturn in FTER, because it's run like a
corporation, not a penny stock. When the public puts buying pressure on it,
as it has lately, is the best short term indicator, it's a bargain at this
shareprice under .05. If you calulate the O/S and the revenues, and the
market cap, you can see that Forterus deserves to be at .50 a share on
current annual revenue=market ...

You really don't believe that Spongetech will file updated, audited
financials and emerge from this cloud of suspicion unscathed and smelling
like brand new sponges? What do you make of Pike investing so heavily? Any
chance they know something good that the rest of us don't? And what do you
make of all this talk about a massive NSS? Is there any proof at all to
substantiate such a claim either ...
