I saw the .0174 execute then I entered a buy in for .018 with etrade and the bid immediately went to .018. Then there was a .03 followed a little later by a .018. However, none of my .018 buy has been filled...

UPDATE!!! I just spoke with Joseph P. Galda over the phone (about 12:30pm central time) about the PR delay. He told me that the financial statements are finished. However, he could not give me an exact time for when they will be released all he said was "they should be released shortly." Hold long and strong my friends this is good news.
