Asuuming it is the same guy, lets hope over the last 20 years he straightened up. At least he isn't on the board. He probably invested some much needed money at the time to get this thing rolling. I haven't heard anything in regards to Pickens but I feel talks with many other countries are most likely being conducted. IMO.
