Trucker YRC Announces Swap for $537 Million in Notes YRC Worldwide Inc., the largest less-than-truckload freight hauler in the U.S., announced an exchange offer to begin this week where up to $536.8 million in notes could be swapped for 95 percent of the stock. [color=red]Almost sounds like a "friendly foreclosure" Q without the Q situation, bypassing the courts and leaving 5% of the company for the commons. Might be worth watching...

TPUTQ-Anybody have a clue what is going on with this company? I thought they got bought out and it goes down? Any help is welcome. I have tried looking around for info but no luck. Any savy investors out there wanna give me a hand.

Yukii, I'm feeling the same pain as you do. It seems that the big problem for TPUTQ is the company doesn't release news about their processing and developments in its reorganization. To be honest, I started buying it from $0.028 and all the way to $0.062 (average around $0.046) and still holding, but now, it's been down 60%. Although the absolute value losses are not big, the loss percentages are big. I'm really at odds...
